Greater Exposure is Key to Successfully Marketing Your Home!
The day of a single listing in one multiable listing service have gone by the wayside. Today the agents that can provide insertions in more than one are successfully marketing the homes and completing transcactions faster than what was the norm a few years ago. I have saw this coming over the past few years and took steps to be able to provide my clients with this option .
With the general public becoming more internet savy, close to 80% start their home finds online. This has rendered the old sources less effective (i.e. newspapers and flyers). There is a growing need to have the listings shown on five to ten different websites. The successful agent is one that has the savy to provide that service as well. I believe in this day and age only the full service brokers can offer you the exposure to guickly market your property. I have several plans that have various levels of commission and elements of both websites, post card campaigns, and multi-multiable listing service insertions.
